Dr. Jennifer Thompson Podcast
She knew something was wrong long before she had words for it.
Maybe it was the body that kept breaking down. The faith that stopped making sense. The version of herself she performed so well that even she forgot it wasn't real.
This is the podcast for the woman in the middle of that unravelling — and the man brave enough to admit he's been there too.
Dr. Jennifer Thompson is a doctor of natural medicine, a healer who recovered completely from rheumatoid arthritis and Sjögren's syndrome, and a woman who spent decades inside systems — religious, patriarchal, institutional — that were never designed to hold her truth.
She got out. And now she talks about it.

Meet Your Host
Dr. Jennifer Thompson
At forty years old, Jennifer Thompson was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and Sjögren's syndrome — and told, in the way medicine often tells women, that this was simply her life now.
She didn't accept that.
What followed wasn't a wellness journey. It was a reckoning. A decision to heal at the root, not manage at the surface. To understand what her body had been carrying — the religious conditioning, the patriarchal programming, the decades of performing a version of herself that was never really hers — and to finally, completely, let it go.
She healed. Fully. And then she went back to school to understand exactly how and why.
Dr. Thompson holds a doctorate in natural medicine and has spent years inside the intersection of body, belief, and identity — the place most practitioners are too afraid to go. Her solo episodes and guest conversations don't stay on the surface. They go into the rooms most wellness content pretends don't exist.
The faith that broke your body. The identity you built inside systems that were never built for you. The self that has been waiting, patiently, underneath all of it.
This is that conversation.
